At Royce Manson, most purchases are final. However, customers located in the European Union (EU) may have additional rights under applicable consumer protection laws.

United States & Other Non-EU Customers

All sales are final.

Royce Manson does not accept returns or exchanges and does not provide refunds for change of mind, incorrect sizing, or unwanted items, except where required by applicable law.

Please carefully review product descriptions, sizing information, measurements, colors, and other product details before placing your order.

European Union Customers — 14-Day Return Window

Customers located in the European Union generally have the right to withdraw from an online purchase within 14 days without providing a reason, subject to applicable legal exceptions.

The 14-day period generally begins when you, or a person you designate other than the carrier, receives the goods.

Please include your order number and clearly state that you wish to return your order.

Return Shipping

The customer is responsible for all return shipping costs.

Royce Manson does not provide prepaid return labels unless otherwise required by applicable law.

For EU customers exercising their 14-day withdrawal right, the customer is responsible for the direct cost of returning the merchandise, where permitted by applicable law.

If an item is damaged, defective, or incorrectly shipped, please contact us before returning the item so we can determine the appropriate resolution.

Returning EU Orders

After notifying Royce Manson that you are exercising your right of withdrawal, eligible merchandise must generally be sent back within 14 days.

Items should be returned in accordance with applicable law and handled with reasonable care.

We may withhold reimbursement until we receive the returned merchandise or receive evidence that it has been shipped back, whichever occurs first, where permitted by applicable law.

EU Refunds

Where the EU right of withdrawal applies, Royce Manson will process eligible refunds in accordance with applicable EU consumer protection laws.

Refunds will generally include the standard delivery charge originally paid by the customer, where required by law. Additional costs resulting from choosing a more expensive shipping method may not be refundable.

Refunds will be issued to the original payment method unless otherwise agreed or required by law.

EU Refund Processing Time

Once you notify Royce Manson of a valid withdrawal, we will process your refund without undue delay and, where required by applicable EU law, no later than 14 days after receiving notice of your withdrawal.

Exceptions

Certain products may be excluded from the EU 14-day withdrawal right under applicable law. This may include certain sealed products that are not suitable for return for health or hygiene reasons after being unsealed.

Where a legal exception applies, the applicable product page or checkout information may identify the restriction.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
