Order Processing

Orders placed before 6:00 PM Central Time are typically shipped the same business day.

Orders placed at or after 6:00 PM Central Time, on weekends, or on holidays will typically ship the next business day.

Same-day shipping refers to when your order is shipped, not when it is delivered.

Once your order ships, you will receive tracking information when available.

Express Shipping

Delivery: 3–5 business days
Cost: $12.99

Express shipping provides a faster delivery option but does not guarantee delivery on a specific date. Delivery times may vary depending on the carrier, destination, weather, holidays, or other circumstances outside of Royce Manson's control.

Customs, Duties & Taxes

International customers may be responsible for customs duties, import taxes, VAT, brokerage fees, or other charges imposed by their destination country.

These fees are the responsibility of the customer unless otherwise stated at checkout.

Royce Manson is not responsible for delays caused by customs.

Lost, Stolen, or Delivered Packages

Once an order has been confirmed as delivered by the shipping carrier, Royce Manson is not responsible for packages that are subsequently lost or stolen.

If your package appears to be missing, please first contact the shipping carrier and verify the delivery address provided with your order.

Incorrect Shipping Information

Customers are responsible for providing an accurate shipping address at checkout.

If an order is returned to Royce Manson because of an incorrect or incomplete address, additional shipping charges may apply to have the order shipped again.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
